OCR Chemistry Mastery is best suited to committed OCR A-Level Chemistry students who are prepared to attend coaching sessions and apply what they learn. As a general guide, students should typically have achieved a GCSE Grade 7 or above in Chemistry. Students who achieved a Grade 6 are welcome to contact us before enrolling so we can discuss their current position and whether the programme is the right fit.

Students receive three 30-minute one-to-one sessions throughout the programme.

Session 1: Initial Strategy Session
We identify current strengths, weaknesses, study habits and priority areas for improvement.

Session 2: Mid-Programme Progress Review
We review progress, identify any remaining gaps and adjust the plan where necessary.

Session 3: Exam Readiness & Final Strategy Session

We review progress made, identify final areas for improvement and create a personalised strategy for maximising exam performance.

Students receive priority support through a dedicated WhatsApp group that includes the student, parent and Paul.

This allows questions to be answered between coaching sessions and provides an additional layer of accountability throughout the programme.
